1. that the accused either:
(i) made a threat; or
(ii) made a statement as to his intention;
(iii) made a statement from which it could be reasonably inferred;
2. that it was his intention to either:
(i) destroy damage or endanger the safety of an aircraft; or
(ii) kill or injure all or any of the persons on board an aircraft.
