WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED IN A BRIEF FOR A CRIMINAL CASE OR TRIAL

Every case has its own little twists and turns but there are basic documents that should be provided to the lawyer appearing in the case.  The better the presentation of the documents and the easier the documents are to find the more your lawyer can concentrate on the important details of your case.
