Facts of the Case

Accused was caught with thousands of images of child porn and videos on his computer. The images ranged from the most extreme imaginable to videos of similar sorts of acts.

There was a lot of psychological evidence shown to the Court to establish that the accused was someone who had a huge number of psychological issues. This impacted on his moral culpability and also his ability to withstand a gaol term.
