65. Careless driving

A person who drives a motor vehicle on a highway carelessly is guilty of an offence.

The Maximum Penalty - Careless Driving

According to VIC Law for the charge of Careless Driving,

First offence: 12 penalty units

Subsequent offence: 25 penalty units
