Facts of the Case
During a burglary the owner of the premises came home and was stabbed a number of times.
The co-accused was identified and subsequently a link was made to the client on the basis of phone records.
Results Achieved
As this was a weak circumstantial case, the OPP agreed to withdraw all the charges and pay our costs.
