What the Law States according to NT Law for Traffic Offences
According to NT Law for the charge of Traffic Offences,

There are many laws in the Northern Territory governing how a person should behave when in control of a motor vehicle, bicycle , 4 wheeler, skateboard or rollerblades on the road. Most of the laws are found in the Traffic Act and the accompanied Traffic Regulations.

The Australian Road Rules can be found in schedule 3 of the Traffic Act Regulations. We have a number of links to that legislation contained in this website.
