Recklessly endangering life

A person is guilty of a crime if:
  1. the person engages in conduct; and
  2. that conduct gives rise to a danger of death to any person; and
  3. the person is reckless as to the danger of death to any person that arises from the conduct.

The Maximum Penalty - Recklessly endangering life

According to NT Law for the charge of Recklessly endangering life,

Penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years or, for an aggravated offence, 14 years.
